I sent them to a place in California. Western Chrome. They did a good job. The ones on my 93 truck had the clear coat coming off an looked bad so I looked at my opitions. I like factory wheels on Toyotas. I had a few sets of aftermarket but I didn't really like them.

The 2003 is not mine, I know I can't afford a new one. So we will keep our 99. It's paid for and has only 25,000 miles on it.
