Performance Upgrades

I have a 2003 Tundra V6 and I want to increase the performance of my truck.
My question is since the Tundra, 4runner and taco all use the
5VZ-FE engine will the mods made for the Taco like the A.E.M. intakes and other stuff. Will it fit on a Tundra.
Also, if I increase the intake of air into the engine with intake, headers, and exhaust will I have to increase the fuel delivery.

My set-up would be this
A.E.M intake
TRD Headers
custom 2.5 inch exhaust with a spinetech muffler
Unchip
underdrive pullies
190 lbh fuel pump
305 injectors
and maybe a TRD Superchager

The only reason you would need the larger fuel pump and 305cc injectors is because of a substantial increase in air, i.e. supercharger. If you are just going to add an intake and exhaust, your fuel delivery will be fine. The ECU will compensate for that extra little bit of air.
But, like I said, if you add the supercharger, then you will need the larger injectors and possibly a larger fuel pump. You will also need something to control the larger injectors as the stock ECU in your Tundra will not be able to. Look into an Apex'i S-AFC or Perfect Power SMT-5i.

As far as the intake goes, look into the deck plate mod on the stock airbox. With a dropin filter, this should get you just as much more airflow at a fraction of the cost. I'm sure it's been discussed many times on here, and I've seen in over and over again on customtacos.com, looks like a K&N or Amsoil filter with the box opened up provides the same increase and keeps the truck quieter. Of course I didn't read all that myself until I had spent the time and money for the K&N FIPK.

Your first mod...

Deckplate

Good for about 5HP+ at the wheels.

You can click around on people's sigs, like mine, to see other ideas. But to answer your question, almost all the mods will apply to the Tundra. Your fuel delivery should be fine with all mods except the SC.

You should hear the neighbors when they walk by. The wives always have to drag the husband to keep going. They like to stop and look. I love it!

People think I am a freak for mopping the floor. I must say I agree with them...

Thanks!

Actually, looking at all your links - I think I see a little hint of OCD. Of course, it's all good...
Gotta know where all your toys are (big AND small)!
