I was going fishing this morning when somebody cut me off he made a left turn from his lane into my lane. Needless to say my o4 taco had to hit his 91 nissan. The right front end of my truck hit his truck where the bed meets the cab. I was not speeding and I had just made a left turn onto the street. His entre bed to the light was smashed and my right front end got pushed in as of now Im looking at a new hood, bumper and front fender.I dont know whose insurance is going to pay but that just makes me sick to think what is setting in my driveway. :cry:

In this instance since it's kinda hard to determine fault, I would've called the cops to file an incident report. Hopefully it will be his fault...good luck
