Guys (and gals):

As of 1:06pm PST on 4/23 (wed), we have $64 to raise.

Do I hear another "INCOMING!"!?!?!?!

Also it was suggested that I do not post the first and last names of the contributors. This is a very good point which protects the privacy of all contributors and I will do exactly that. Thus, only nicknames (or first name if nick is unavailable) will be posted in the random prize drawing. If you read a few threads above, I photochopped out the last names and put a edit/comment below it.

Bob

Yotatechs!

4/23/03; 7:55 p.m. PST (19:55)

Goodness gracious----this thing might close out yet again in one single day! We need to collect a paltry $44!!!

You guys and gals are great. I'm getting a little misty eyed here---might shock myself on the keyboard!

DONE! DONE! DONE!

Guys and Gals,

Yet once again, you guys pulled through like champs. The website's donation buttons will be pulled to prevent further donations.

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE any more! I am fixing the website as we speak to disable the donation buttons!

Thanks, and I'll provide another update very soon.

Bob

Yotatechs:

The final "After-Action Report" has been submitted on the original webpage.

http://www.4runners.org/misc/phonecard

A gross total of $248 was raised on behalf of this fundraiser. Words cannot express the thanks we feel for your contributions to this campaign. I am still in awe at the quick response by the Yotatech community.

A job well done, everyone!

On behalf of Corey, Chris and I, have a fantastic week.

The difference between...

All,

I just want to say THANK YOU to each and every one of you. I can not adequately verbalize our truely humbling acceptance of your gracious, generous support.

Where do we get fine Americans like the ones at YotaTech?

Guys and gals,

Round 2 phone cards have been emailed to Joey, John and Robert. We are waiting for Woodbert's go-ahead to send it to Samantha.

The winner of the hat is none other than our former USMC man himself, Yoda. David, please email or PM me and let me know which hat you want as well as your mailing address.

I've also archived the first "Operation: Phone Home" at the link below: http://www.4runners.org/misc/phoneca...ex_round1.html

Note: I am more than glad to help anyone set up their own *charitable* fundraisers (at my discretion, of course) such as this one, so please reference this fundraiser and ask questions later.

Thanks everyone!

Bob

Dagnabbit! If only that program would have rounded down instead of up, I'd be gettin' myself a free hat!

Subject: CONGRATULATIONS!

For making Junior Sailor of the Quarter and working hard in support of our nations defense.

In the next day or so, you should get an e-mail from a gentleman named Bob, who is going to tell you how to claim a $30 phone card that you can use to call back to the states to your family and friends.

So don't be alarmed when you get the e-mail and don't delete it. As soon as you get it let me know and I will explain everything to you.

Enjoy the phone card and the talks with your family.
