OME leaf pack questions.
#1
I have some OME leafs that I am going to install but I think I should remove some leaf packs or a overload.
I have a 2001 standard cab with the 2.7 and have no weight in the rear. I want to keep the flexyness that the stock leafs have.
Anyone have the same leafs on a Taco?

Yup I got some...I assume your gonna lift the front also? I only removed the extra load leaf on the bottom. I think I got about 3.5 to 4 inches of lift. They flex out to the shock limits so flex isn't really an issue. Did you order the front bushings from toyota for the new springs?

The front bushings for the rear leaf springs is what im referring too. They are a steel sleeved' one piece bushing. You can buy a new pair from toyota for like 25 dollars. I hear trying to get your old ones out to reuse can be a real PIA.
Yeah you can use your stock U-bolts. What shocks are you using?
