1/2 the time the stickers are wrong

 

on my rear springs the taller one was labled " A ", the shorter one " B "

I put the taller one on the driver side, but even with a full tank of gas, the passanger side sits a inch lower. sucks.

whats the cost on the trim packers ?

 

$10 or so - the PIA is taking the assembly back apart

 

I looked, took a good look, at the 880s and really couldnt see a difference in height btwn the 2 coils....plus they definetly are not marked for DS or PS - I figure it might be different for the 880s than with the 881 or 882?

 

length might not be too different, but I bet the spring rate is...

 

if thats the case; either OME forgot to mark mine or maybe you're supposed to guess

 

What causes the lean? I haven't heard this issue with Bils/PP setup or is it common with those too?

 

I think its more a taco thing....

to add to all this I talked to Wheelers and they said they had asked ARB/OME the same question about all this DS/PS coil stuff...AND ARBs resposne was that they do NOT purposely make one coil in a set longer than the other....so there you go, apparently it happens, but it is not because ARB intends for it to

 

Did anyone have to grind down the OME trim packer at all to make them fit the front shock seat?

 

nope. It will fit snug over OME shocks.
