OME/ARB/Revtek?!

My Sahara bar may be getting here as soon as next week!
I KNOW that once it gets on, I'm gonna want more lift. My question is if I could add a revtek top out spacer to the 882's I have now? That would give me about .5" more, no? Could I go even higher?

CV's scare the CRAP out of me. As it is now my CV's are at a somewhat normal level, and I dont worry about them as much as I could.

In my situation with the lift, my control arms are actually tilted downwards (assumed normal with a lift). Does the top out spacer fix this to an extent? Or am I misunderstanding this?

you have 882s and no bumper and your CVs are at a fairly stock level? yea right!

the guys i know with 882s are getting 2.5" lift with ARB bumpers and winches.

The levels ARE pretty decent... Yes I know i'm getting the arb to level them out more, but I was thinking maybe it would level it more than enough and I could go back to pushing the limits?

They've settled quite a bit more level after the 1k miles I've put on the lift.

the 882s will not sag much with only a bumper.

IMO, those CV angles are too much.

Hmm.. I'm glad to hear they won't sag that much. The CV's have settled down a bit after the 1k miles and an allignment. Those pics were IMMEDIATELY after the lift.

We'll see about all of this though.

Anybody know more about the Revtek Top Out?

You have one, so theoreticly I could also run one once I get the bumper?

I'm just curious because I'm a bit "nose down" right now, and I'm afraid it'll only go farther.

you can add a revtek topout spacer to your OME coils.

if i was in your shoes, i would install your bumper, drive about 5000 miles, decide if you want more lift, determine amount of desired increase, select a spacer or other option from there.

Thanks for the advise. I knew it could be done, but not sure it was safe with the bumper.

5k miles shouldn't be bad as i'm going on a 2k road trip to WY next weekend..and hopefully my bumper should be here next week.
