OME & 285's on. (Pics)

Ordered up the kit from Toytec. 881's & top out spacer up front, 891's on the back.

Below: close... but they cleared the control arm even at extension.

Below: Got the diff drop on there too; woulda been real bad without it.

Below: The alignment was way off so I got that fixed up.

Still need to get extended rear shocks and ome fronts eventually ($$). Also, extended rear brake line and e-brake bracket... I will need that stuff based on what I saw during the install process.

I'm real happy with it so far.

Looking Really Nice There!

Question.
I was looking on the Toytec site.
IIRC the OME setup didn't come with the diff drop?
Did you order that separate?
And if so, did you just do an inch of drop?

Also a little more curious, since I may now be considering this lift...
By any chance do you have a pic of the top out spacers on?
Just curious to see how it looks.

Thanks again for answering the questions, like I said, I am becoming more and more interested in doing this lift.

That is exactly how I want mine to look. It is such a big difference from when you got it.

Yeah, I ordered it seperatly from toytech and they shipped it all together; it all came in the same box (53 lbs. box). I'll try to get a shot of the spacer but it's really quite thin and just sits on top of the strut assembly. The diff drop is 1 inch. I paid about $420 to get the lift springs, top out spacer & diff drop shipped to my door. I'll be getting my shocks from toytec a little later on too. Very pleased with their service.

Glad you guys like, thanks for the comments.

Heh, yeah... just a little love on the front there. I'll prolly destroy it completely before getting a TJM.. just a matter of time.

I know some guys at a lincoln/mercury dealership service department and went through their supplier, General Tire I beleive. The guys I know at the dealer did the mount and balance for me... I owe em' a case of beer on that one.

Is the front sitting higher with the spacers in front or is there a slight rake?

It looks just about perfectly level to me. I think with out the spacer, it would have had the raked look, but nothing extreme. I got the rear shocks on the way from toytech and might have time to get them in this weekend.
Had a chance to put the lift and tires to the test yesterday and was very impressed with the performance. So were the jeep guys that I had to pull out of the same hole I cruised through. They were runnin 33's too but got hung up on the front axle.
