Yea thats the one, its made by champion labs and I have used it before. Used purolators and napa golds on other vehicles but the supertech one seems fine.

Haven used it but as long as it meets your specs then go for it. Ive used Amsoil Series 3000 which is a HDEO for diesels and gas engines.

It isnt so much the oil or the filter you use, as to how often you change it. I have used the more expensive stuff, gained no MPG, it didnt run better or anything.
The advantage of synthetics is longer oil change intervals and generally better performance in extreme conditions like super cold temps or in the 24 hours of Le Mans.

That said, dyno oils these days are very good in their own right. With my 4Runner I'll be sticking with dyno oil and 4-5k oil change intervals.

Casrol GTX 10W-30 and a toyota filter on my 95 3.0 with 158k miles. As my mechanic friends say: oil is oil. Just change it regularly and you should be fine
