O2 sensor threads

The threads on the nuts on my O2 sensors are toast and I have the sensors to swap in.

What size thread are the studs on the flanges for the O2 sensors?

I plan to replace the nuts with SS hardware.

On my pickup? I sold it and I think the guy just wanted the motor. My '97 4Runner had trash for a frame. This '99 has a clean frame.

I just replaced both sensors yesterday (A/F and O2). On mine the A/F sensor flange is held on with two M8x1.25 nuts and the O2 sensor threads into a bung.

That's the case on the rear sensors in '01 and '02. The rest are all flange with the M8-1.25s.
