Hey ebelen1,

How tall is your parking garage? I put a set of LC springs in the back of my runner and 285s on too, and fits in our 6'6" parking garage by 1" or so..... Just so you know

And Fusion, sorry to hear about your springs!!!

I haven't measured it but my Taco whip hits something as I go into the garage. From sticking my head out of the moon roof, I figure two to three inches max before I hit but I don't want to chance it.

Thanks
I guess new coils would be the way to go because the ones I have sag pretty bad even when I put groceries in the rear so I'm thinking the spacer wouldnt fix that.

a spacer should fix it. IT will lift the rear up. Are you thinking about getting new coils all around or for just the rear?

From where? You selling 99 coils now Steve?
I emailed Evan at Northridge and they went up to like $54 each now.
.....not sure if they are still doing free shipping either!?

If i go that way (new coils) it will be just the rear, the front is really good.

What is your opinion on which I should get.
Should I except the coils to get any worse.

I would get a new set of 99 rear coils and either a set of airbags or at least a 1" spacer because even if they don't sag, they still compress way too much when full loaded. Gives you that driving a boat look when on long trips.

The bottom line is that if you want the right stock coils, but them new from the dealer with a part number.
Exactly what I did a few years back when fitting new Bilsteins. I also added a machined aluminum 1" spacer in the rear and retained the stock ribber isolator cones. To this day the truck sits just right with a full gas tank. Just a tad higher in the rear.

There's people selling coils with 130k on 'em which IMO are shot and probably were quite a while ago and I'd never buy used coils anyway. My '99 had almost 100k on the stock coils before they were replaced and the rear sat less than a half inch less than the front. I just replaced my shocks and coils with new OEM and now sit a half inch higher in the rear like it's supposed to so I figure I'm good for at least another 80k.
