This is my first time looking at replacing my stock suspension on my '85 Toyota Pickup SR5. After browsing many options, I settled on a Downey suspension package (Grand Slam). It includes 3'' Springs, shackles, and shock absorbers(including front double mounts) to go around. First off, I was wondering if there were any knowlegable opinons on my choice. Second, I was wondering if I do go with this specific Downey package, are there any other mods I should take into consideration or that need to be done in order for my new suspension to work properly with the rest of the vehicle? (example: drivetrain, brake lines,steer crossover,etc.)
