New Rotors

I bought some new brembo rotors for my truck. do they have to be turned before my mechanic installs them?

Don't you have to hit them with some brake cleaner to get rid of the greasy protective coating?

you can, i did on mine jsut because i got it more greasy with fingerprints when i replaced mine.....

the brembos i got had a really nice crosshatched finish on them.... look way better than any of the rotors i have ever used before....
