new rig! deckplates and engine break in question

I got a new truck! I traded in and upgraded to the 2003 TRD V6! I love it! I have a question concerning engine break in. I'm going to do the deckplate mod when I get a chance, but I was wondering if I should have any concerns of running with the deckplate open during the engine break in period? I honestly don't think there should be an issue, other than I'm not supposed to rev it up too high during the break in so I won't really get a chance to feel the deckplate advantage. But the deckplate made such a great impact on my old 4 cyl that I definitely want to do it to the new truck. Any comments?

Nope no problem. All that matters is following the break-in procedure.

Let's see some pics!

OK, coming soon!! It will look the same as before, except with a TRD badge on the sides and a very important V6 badge on the back! But I know the difference.....
