need your guys advice. presently i have a 99 4runner limited motor is practically blown right now so. top of that needs new right headlight, timing belt replacement , water pupmp and a few other stuff since i have about 90k on the truck. possibility of a trade in for an o2 4runner . what would you guys do?? trade in or keep the present truck. motor btw will most likely be covered by warranty.

 

Repairs are almost always cheaper than a new vehicle.
Besides, you're probably gonna have to do a lot of the repairs to sell it anyway. I can't see the vehicle from where I sit, but I'd probably keep it if it was me. Check out the miles on mine...

no way. get it repaired under warranty and keep it...

 

do u not like the runner?...if u don't sell/trade in....if u do like fix it.....

 

guess i should have made it clear soory but i love the 4runners id only trade it in for a newer one like the 02 or possibility ano3. i would never change to another truck
