Did you buy a new or used one. A new one should come with the instruction. Otherwise you can call TJM for it.

remove bolts for old bumper

bolt on new bumper

thanks guys, i got a new one, i was wondering if by experience u guys would recommend any different instructions, but it was pretty straight forward, took me a couple hours, only because buddies were messin around... its on, ill post pics soon.

So how much did it change on the height of the front end and do you feel any difference in handling and going over bumps (more mass up front).

i dont feel any difference at all, i just drove around for about 20 miles. and it doesnt seem like i lost any height up front, i should have measured, but i forgot.

sounds good, I could use some more sturdy bumper upfront (my wife will kill me though)
