Remove upper console 2003?

Remove upper console 2003?
Anybody know how to remove the upper console to get to map lights. Understand there was even a TSB on it (BO021-02 DEC 02 ) but cant find anything. Tundra has a screw you just take out but cant find on my 4 runner.
I want to try and hook up so map lights come on when door open
