1997 4Runner with port installed option that is installed by Toyota at the port in Houston.

It has the remote head key, not a seperate remote.

Buttons on remote are Lock, Unlock, and a green Option button. It is used to do different things like turning on the headlights or even a remote start. I have the operating manual but not the programming manual.

I am replacing a remote and need the steps to program it into the system.

It also has a red LED pushbutton valet switch on the dash. It is used to enter valet mode and I guess to program other options. Like passive arming.

FCC ID on back of remote is ELVAT6B.
