Need new/used ECM

I have a 95.5 Tacoma 2.7 4x4 w/ AT, 130,00 mi.

I've been trying to chase down this annoying rough idle when the engine is warmed up and the truck is in D problem since I bought it last year. My mechanic just found a TSB dated April 23, 1999 that discusses this issue and states:

" Operating logic of 1995-97 Tacoma ECMs has been revised to improve engine idle smoothness ( with Transmission in "D" range). By increasing idle speed with A/C compressor "OFF", this change has also narrowed the RPM transition between A/C "OFF" and "ON" engagement."

Part Number I have: 89661-04060

Part Number I Need: 89661-04061

Part Name: 1995 ECM

Does anyone know a good source for these used?

Thanks!
