Need help with 99 runner lower control arm bushing install

Thanks guys,
I know some of you have done this with the rack in the car but I have a question.
I'm soaking the drivers and passenger rear tube adjusters to get them out and can't figure out how to get it past the rack? The bolt barely got by the rack without me removing the boot so it did not rip.

Do you press off the rotater disc from the tube and re press it ?
I can't see how it gets past the rack with the disc on the tube?

Thanks kenny s>

I remember talking about others with this. I've always taken the bolts out of the rack so I could wiggle it around.

Sorry I was not clear on the total scope of what was done.
I have all the bolts out of the rack and it's floating around.
The only thing I can figure is when the penetrating oil does its job in a day or so, The loose A arm may flex so the sleeve and disc get past the rack.
believe it or not, the A arms basically fall out once the adjusters are removed.
Far from a tight fit.
Right now I'm letting them soak so that I don't destroy the adjusters trying to get them out. I have time.........so a good soak is no big deal for me.
Going to the stealer for 100 bucks worth of bolts is not my plan!

Yeah the A-arms come out pretty easily when the adjustment bolts come out.

So is your question on how to get them (the bolts) out because they are stuck, or because they wont clear the steering rack?

For me, I took some vice grips and got a good hold on the "disc". I rotated them several times to free them, then pulled 'em out. You could also hit with a drift from the other side to push them out. PB blaster usually works its magic within an hour for me!
