'99 Taco w/ 5" of lift. I got 33x12.50x15 on 15x8 rims and they rub a bit with my swaybars on, i expect them to rub a lot with them off. I have already done pinch weld mod and that helped some but I still rub. Im thinking about doing some minor trimming of the fender well. Could i get some examples and pics of this please? Also, I dont want to cut any outwardly visible part of the body. Also, if you have any other ideas to reduce rubbin it would be appreciated.

5" of lift and they are still rubbing? Where are they rubbing?

I have ~2" lift and 285/75/16s (32.8x11.40/16). I cut away the inner fender near the door and hammered back the pinch weld. I only rub on full compression while performing a left turn.

If you're rubbing, it's probably the plastic inner fender.

 

U have a 4runner so you don't have to lift it as much. It is hitting when i turn and compress under where the pinch weld is.
