The Rancho SOft-Ride AAL kit is nice, 2 pair of leaves, one long and thin (i.e. softer) and one shorter and thicker (i.e. stiffer) that you can mix and match to get the ride height and quality that you are looking for, http://www.gorancho.com/

i have the pro comp... it works well, people say aals increase ride stiffness, but i liked what it did to myy ride... also i routinely use my truck for work purposes, i am a contractor, and i know it helped out in that area...
