your runner looks great. i like the new set-up. magnaflow sounds better then what i originally had thought.

 

man, huge props for putting all the videos on. This really helps others in deciding on things that are tricky like exhaust sounds.

I agree! I couldn't stand the exhaust noise on long trips especially up to northern BC. I also lost low end torque (with 2.5" mandrel bent pipes) and I tried to convince myself that I gained some high rpm hp, but I was just fooling myself. I put the stock exhaust back on and am much happier with the stock sound AND performance. I think the extra noise and rumble makes people think that they gained performance, but I can say from experience that in reality, that is not the case.

 

i think it sounds smoother than my flowy. good job!

so does it smell like exhaust when you have your back window down? i read up on a article in 4wheeler magazine about a year ago about a guy who said his rig always smelled of exhaust when he had is back window down... not sure if your having the same problem? but that magnaflow low restriction cat is awesome, got one myself

 

Yeah mine always does too. I think its because the air gets pulled in as its circulating. I usually just crack my front window and it pushes the air through the back and gets rid of the smell

 

I love it, it has a little bit of rumble like the v8 sound. It doesn't sound so much like a ricer
