Here's a quick little video update on how the fixed TB looks after almost 4 years, a little dirty but still working flawlessly.

Same thing!

I have the same thing happening on my 3rz, but the rubbing is on the side toward the front of the truck. So the washer only makes it worse. How can I push it back and keep it back?

I have the same issue with a 3RZ-fe 07 Tacoma. post head gasket replacement... Im gonna try that washer thing, also my 94 truck (3VZ) has a high idle issue when placing in P, I have to kick it down.

I had a high idle situation a few years back on my '99 3RZ.
But it was caused by an improper re-install of the throttle cable.
There was no slack in the cable, at the throttle.
I adjusted in a little slack and all was good..
