Still no theories on the milage diferance hu? I wish I would have had my friend expalin it to me better but he said something about the higher presure in the tank doing something to cause better milage.

Not sure about that, the pressure of the fuel in the tank is likely no where near the pressure that the fuel pump pressurizes it to, then it goes through a pressure regulator so the pressure should be the same once it reaches the engine whether from a full or mostly empty tank.

just throwing this out there but if the tank is half full there is more sace for the gas to evaporate into before coming to equilibrium. also the more volatile components would evaporate quicker,
