more lift..
i have a 02 with ss7.1 kit and i just installed mt classic lock rims 16x8 to get rid of the rubbing on the upper a arm.. now it doesnt even come close but the tires now rub on the fenders.. so im debating on getting a body lift. what are the cons of adding a 2inch body lift i would go one inch but i want a shrockworks bumper and they have a 2 inch body lift applicantion another thing is i already intalled stubbs slider and was wondering if it would look stupid haveing a 2 inch gap between the sliders and body or should i just leave it how it is and trim the fenders?

Just so you and others know, a 1" BL will not fix the rubbing you have, it moves the wheel arch up 1", you are not rubbing at the top of the wheel arch, you are rubbing at the bottoms of the front openings, those need to move outward, not up to stop the rubbing.
Install the BL, but do not be surprised if it does not effect the rubbing. What you need is a 1" wheel well widener.
Seriously all you need to do is trim the Tupperware with a utility knife.

JLOHR--Listen to Scheafer--he knows a little bit about yotas--not much but a little about this fender thingy--Just Joshin ya Schafer
Another thing to think about is going 1 1/2 inch 4krawler lift, get a TJM, have Sonoran steel fab the bracket and not worry about the gap.
That is just the route i went--not saying you have to go that route but letting you know your options.

That's about the funniest thing I've ever read! Of course, being one that has had to trim to fit 285's, I know exactly what you're talking about. Tupperware might be too heavy duty compared to the plastic that gets cut!
