1999 4runner.... Has anyone been able to move their electric drivers seat back another inch or two? Is it possible?

Anything is possible if the budget is large enough !!!!

Will another 1" or 2" make that much difference??

I really don`t think it would be a major project but it could turn into one real quick.

A friend has a 2000 I need to look before making more comments.

A neighbor of mine has a '97 Lexus LX450 and he's about my height (6'5"). The stock seating position was quite cramped (we drove the truck home from CO a year or so ago). So I fabricated steel brackets that moved the entire seat assembly back 3 or 4 inches. Turned out perfect and he no longer feels cramped driving it.

I believe he posted some pics of the brackets on iH8mud.

That was kinda what I was thinking but I wanted to see if it was easy to do or if there was major items that would cause problems.
