Manifold Leak

Okay guys need some advise.

I've got a nasty TICK TICK TICK from my truck when its cold. Traced it down to the exhaust manifold gasket. (Black carbon all over 1 of my new wires) So I went to the stealership and picked up a new Gasket. Popped the gasket in And lo and behold the last two bolts to tighten the manifold down are STRIPPED. Well ones not even there and the other won't tighten fully down just spins.

Is there an easy fix ? I'm a little weary of re-tapping these holes myself with my tap and die set, to a larger thread size, A machine shop is probably going to charge me an arm and leg to do it.

And I don't want to weld the manifold on either. (Thought crossed my mind)

What other options do I have ???
