I found some scrap perforated aluminum at work and decided to try and match the scoop.
I bed-lined the grill outer, and the lower part of the bumper. The stuff works really well out of a can.

It didn't turn out perfect but will do for what the truck is for.

Ya... it will do.

Looks good.. Maybe a tiny bit of messaging for the slight distortion in the mesh. But easy fix and looks great.
