I don't know what you mean by "with the shoulder and the washer", but I have a few 13/16 hex 'acorn' type lug nuts layin around, how many do you need? I like to keep a few as spares, so I won't sell all of them.

He is talking about the shank style lug nuts, not the acorn style. The newer aluminum wheels use the shank style.

Toyota OEM alloy wheels require a 'mag' or 'shank' style lug nut that's of peculiarly Toyota design. If your Toy' uses these nuts there's no real aftermarket replacement (except for cheap-o knock-off replicas), because the Toyota nuts' shank diameter and built-in washer (and end-to-washer measurement) are different from what you can get with (e.g.) McGard or Gorilla nuts.

Pics and diagrams of the three types (all the same dimensions save for length) can be seen in this CustomTacos thread:

Oh... One more thing.... Toyota parts departments charge over $6.00 apiece for the factory 'mag' / 'shank' lug nuts. The list price is over $9.00 each.

You can find a pretty steady supply of these on eBay, though... I just picked up a set of 20 of the longest type (circa 1 7/8" long) as vehicle prep take-offs from a Toyota dealership for $40.00 plus shipping (about 2/3 off the retail cost)...
