My lower ball joint boots are shot and I need to replace both lower ball joints on my 99 runner. Has anyone done this themselves? No tech write-up on it and searching hasn't helped.. Thanx guys

 

it's not too bad a job if you have the manual! Otherwise, I don't have a how-to to share

also, i have had great success w/ the suspension parts (ball joints, etc.) on ebay from seller arm-can (no i'm not him)

i updated an entire front end of a 91 civic w/ their parts and plan to do this same when I rebuild the front of my '01 4runner w/ a lift kit, new brakes, rotors, lines, and joints
