hello i just recently bought a 2002 toyota tacoma 4x4 automatic 4 cylinder shortbed regular cab

any who every time that i get back in my truck after school or any thing the gas gauge goes down a little further than it was when i left

i think it might be the gas cap
what do you all think.

 

I get the same thing in my 92 4Runner. I assume its just the fuel sender bouncing around when you stop, and then when you go to drive somewhere later its settled down so it shows you the true level of gas left.

 

would haveing the 2 1/2" daystar poly spacer lift put my axles on such a bind that it hurts them and causes bad gas milage. and is there a kit for manuale locking hubs for my truck i dont like how the axles spin all day long i think was retarded on toyota's part
