The new headlights are going to run you about $300. Get them from toyotaparts4u.com. I added them to my truck as well.

96-98 headlights:

This is why people with 96-98's add the new ones.

I was looking at one time to put the hood with scoop on mine until I found out that you buy the hood, have it painted and then have to buy all the scoop components. it got too expensive for my taste so I scrapped the idea.
