Post Leather, possible group buy

Ok, I am thinking of adding leather to my 4runner. This is a 2 part thread, hahaha, part one, asking opinions on what color leather for my 4runner, part 2, who would be interested in a group buy. www.leatherseats.com

part 1 (hahaha, there has to be some organization here)

What color/style should I make it? See color choices here, style choices here. I was thinking of two tone inserts with grey and black or charcoal, it should match the black and grey dash, but i need your opinion. Im also thinking of getting the toyota symbol or my initials embroydered in the the seatsif its not too much more, just for fun. Here is what my interior looks like now.

Ok part 2, possibility of group buy

I was browsing through their website and saw that they have the possibility of a group buy. Would anyone be interested in this? If so post here or pm me. In order for it to actually be worth it, we would have to get 10-20 people in on it. Anyways something to consider.

Here is my katzskin leather interior I had done a few yrs back. I ordered it from www.autoleathers.com. It's two toned, with center perforation, black pipping, and they threw in seat heaters for free.

If I did go with the katzskin ones (i like the seat heaters) what colors would look good in my interior, Im just looking for opinions. The charcoal and grey is what I am looking at, two tone, no piping.

Order a swatch card and look at it with your interior.

I wouldn't get leather. Too warm in the summer and you gotta peel your..... self off of them.

yea, I thought that at first, but then I noticed how hard it is to clean the fabric seats, and ac can do wonders, lol, worst comes to worst, I can put a towel on the seat until it cools off. or just leave the windows open a bit. Leather is expensive, I hope I can do it soon, my seats are sorta worn and dirty.

Shazam- How much did your seat covers cost? Also what did katzskin do about the carpet on the back of the rear seats?

There are other colors that may have looked a bit better. I have a complete swatchcard that has 51 colors. 13 of these are in the brown/tan family.

the wood trim was there before with the regular tan seats .. then when the inside took in water, I had the seats redone. The woodtrim was in the process of being removed when those pics were taken .. if you look at the dash pic, you'll see the shifter still had it while the center console had it removed.

praufet- about $900 or so installed with a 3yr warranty. The first time I bought a kit off of EBay the leather sucked, but I had installed it myself. It's not hard to install, just time consuming and tedious. This time I just let them do it.

cebby- I did it by the swatch but when it came it wasnt the right one. So they knocked $200 off the price and sent me free seat heaters. So I decided I could live with it. It doesnt look that bad in person.
