Get a trimshop to do the install unless you are good with upholestry. Had mine installed for about $400, which after seeing the amount of work and time it takes to get them right, i thought it was well worth it. The old cloth first has to come off and then all the trim and all the seats then have to be re-covered carefully to make sure they fit properly and won't come apart.

I installed them myself with zip ties and pliers 2 years ago, It took me about 10 hours but I was being verry precautious, if your a little more adventurous or even just more comfortable with dissassembling stuff then by all means its something you can do yourself.
