So my anti vibe springs were on the lower pin should they be on the upper would this matter. Also I did put the grease on the pads. Lastly should I buy new pads and see how that goes could it be the cheap pads I went with?

 

Yes...put the spreader springs on the top. Also, have the rotors checked for runout. If they are not within spec, then replace them. If they are within spec, just have them machined at a brake shop...not a parts store. Also, check the rear drums for proper operation. If the wheel cylinders are sticking this will also cause a drag. Weak return springs and oversized drums will also cause this.
