Irbis bumper pics

very nice, Oleg and Yuri do some great work....
I agree 100% they need to be moved back, if possible, they are going to be lost first trip out.
even better, mount one right behind the Toyota logo, that would be cool.
I'd be careful with the amber Hellas... wrong move while wheeling or somebody backing up into you on the parking lot - they seem to be very unprotected.

Actually the pictures are deceiving. In town would not be a problem with the fogs, someone would really have to get under me to touch them (think head on with a miata). But yea the trail could be a hazard, but they are mounted 90 deg on a vertical plate so I do not think there is any other way to get them further back.

They are off in the pics, but they are hella 500 amber fogs and 500 driving lights. The driving lights are mounted on arb antenna brackets, the lights are old and temporary 'till I find a deal on some lightforce lamps.
I really like the bumper but I was in a rush when I ordered it. If I did it again I would have decided to extend some hoops for headlight protection and added some tabs for the lights.

Shouldn't be a big deal for someone local to fab up some light tabs and rework the hoop a bit...lightforce are well liked by a lot of people, but Hella does make the Ralleye 4000 lights which are near the top in the non-HID category.
Food for thought. I too was on the Lightforce train for a while when I was looking

not bad at all.
you need to re-align that bumper before taking it offroad. one little bump on that passenger side and you'll be replacing a fender. you need about 1/4" at minimum of a gap between the bottom of the fender and the top of the bumper. also, right now, the gap is uneven if you compare it to the driver side.
otherwise,
, and yeah, it does remind me of a football helmet!

Yea, that is a little problem I am having. This bumper is a product of me being in an accident and the body shop told me that the frame was fine.... Well as you can see the pass side (where the impact was) is slightly tweaked. Not really sure how to go about fixing something like that, but that is how I am going to have to adjust the bumper due to how it mounts on the frame rails.
