Installing 7mgte injectors

I've read that when installing these injectors, they dont seem to fit as perfect as oem so I was wondering, as I am going to replace the orings and seals for them, what engine injector oring and seals should I order? 7mgte or 5vzfe?

the 2jz are yes, but I wanted the 440cc from the 7mgte, I will be running either the AEM fmu or split second fmu so they will be able to run either low or high Z.
