Installing a 2" BL on a '90 4Runner

I'm about 1/4 of the way through installing a 2" body lift on my '90 4Runner, 4wd. I have all of the bolts on the passenger side loosened and all bolts on the driver side removed - except for one. The bolt at the radiator core support. It simply will not come out. I have tried spraying it with PB multiple times, beating the heck out of it with a BFH and jacking up that portion of the body directly from the bolt (jacking up the bolt to make it pop out). There is rust involved here, so maybe... I can turn the bolt itself with a socket but not by hand. It does seem to be attached to the sleeve inside the bushing. The body does come off the frame but the bolt and bushing go too. Any ideas???
Also, am I going to have to extend or otherwise modify the shift levers with just a 2" lift?

2" body lift on a 3rd gen...

Never did anything to the radiator but remove the lower shroud

Added a 2" shifter extension to my 4wd shifter

On the 2nd gen there is a body mount bolt on each side of the radiator core support. That is the one I'm having trouble with. I was thinking that by jacking it up from the bolt itself, the weight of the body would pop it loose.

It may be the front core support bolt is just stuck inside the bushing. If the nut is removed, try jacking it up as you suggested and see if it comes loose. You can extend the shift levers if you feel the need to:

Thanks Roger! I jacked it up enough to get some visegrips on the bushing and turned the bolt, hoping it would break loose. It didn't. My next thought was to get out the grinders and cutters but I didn't want to damage the rubber bushing as I couldn't find any replacements - until I looked on your site. I guess if I cut it out and got the kit from you, the only thing I would need is the steel center bushing, unless it comes with your kit. Any thoughts? Would cutting the bolt to remove it be a good or bad idea?

Sounds like the bolt has rusted inside the steel sleeve/bushing that is inside the rubber. If so cutting is one option or if you can heat the bolt up enough, that may break it free. New steel bushings come with the body mount bushing kit:

Some of my rubber bushings aren't in that great shape, especially the two in front by the radiator. So I will order a kit from you. Plus I'd feel better knowing they're all new under there!
