Installed Pro Comp ES 9000 shocks

Ok, so I've beaten on this thing so much that the only thing left connected to the truck is the eye. The body of the stabilizer has broken off, and is laying on my garage floor. I shoved the pickle fork under it, put the jack under that, and jacked it up so most of the weight of the truck was on it, and it didn't budge. I slammed it with a rubber mallet, a hammer, and now a sledge. I've had the pickle fork in there so many times, prying a yanking and pounding, and it is chillin in there like it thinks it's funny or something. I have no idea what to do.

There is an actual tool just for pushing the end of the stabilizer off. You can borrow it from Autozone or buy one cheap. It looks like a gear puller that has a big screw in the middle and claws. The claws fit over the eye and you turn the screw into the taper from the back. It works better than the pickle fork but you may have corrosion in the taper. Try heating it with a blow torch also.
All the shocks on a 2nd gen Runner have a stud on the top with the eye on the bottom.
