Talking Installed my CB today!

Well after the Cobra 19 DX III was sitting in its box for a week, I finally had time to install it today! I couldn't figure out where to mount it!
Then I remembered my Dad had one of those pockets that goes under the stereo, the good thing about it was it had a door...So I decided I would mount the CB in there underneith my stereo! So that way I could take the mic out at night, and just close the door. It took some sawing of the plastic peice, but it worked! It acually looks good, I thought it might be too far back...but anyway, you have to see the pictures to acually know what I mean.
I will have pics later, it is acually a very cool idea...I think!
All I did was mount it today, I don't acually have the wiring done...to be honest, I have no idea how the coax hooks up to the antenna...and anyone with a 1st Gen, where is the easiest place to get the coax into the engine bay?

if you look on your firewall there should be openings that you can feed it through(factory wirings that goes from interior to engine bay are usually sealed with rubber groumet) I would just run a utility knife through to make extra room and feed the coax through. Some people go underneath the doorsills and through door relay wirings but i dont see a point in doing this. I dont know a whole lot about this subject but this shouldnt be hard at all
