Question Idle Adjustment on 2nd Gen (1994)? Chilton says cannot adjust - computer controlled??

2nd Gen 1994 4Runner. V6. 5-sp. 150k miles.

Once it's warmed up, the idle is rough and low.
Idling is at 500 RPM. It often dips down, and surges back to 500, and dips again a couple times, and stalls.

Starts right back up, but same problem just persists the next time I come to a red light. No problem while driving, even at 1000 rpm slow cruise, it runs just fine.

I've changed fuel filter. Problem still there.
I've used fuel injector cleaner. Problem still there.

Now I think it's just because the idle is low.
But the Chilton manual says the idling on the 94 is computer controlled and cannot be adjusted. Is this true?

I read on another post about adjusting idle on a 95.
I'm confused. Can I really adjust idle on the 94 V6???

If so, anyone have a picture of where the screw is?
I know where the throttle control is. But where is the idle screw on a 94?

Please advise.
Thanks
