Yes Lee and it had a Snug Top Camper on it. Orig invoice said he bought it in 1985 for 14,300. A rich old guy. (I saw his house). I suppose that was with taxes , etc. My brother bought his stripped 1986 reg cab no air 4 speed for 6,000 as i remember. It took lots of abuse but wouldnt quit working . He sold it for 2500 with 225K on orig engine.

My avatar is a picture of it from about a year ago. When it still had stock rims on it.
Ya I love that car I just wish it didn't cost so much to drive! With the crap I got done to it, it will pass everything on the road EXCEPT a gas station.
Although I should be working on making even faster... I've decided to pick up a truck cause my cars are both small and I can't move anything or tow anything or nothing. OH and I really want to play in the mud.

My little daily driver is a 1994 mazda mx6 v6 and it gets mad gas mileage, like an average of 24 mpg highway/city.

Well the major case of bad luck hit like a ton of bricks.
I pulled into the car lot and seen the truck driving out.. first thing that came to mind... Crap.
I walked in there with the money to see the guy sitting behind the desk counting out some money.
I asked him about the 4runner and he said the obvious, sold.
I said damn I got 1300 bucks right here I was going to smack into your hands for it.
His jaw dropped he just sold it for way less than that. from what I could see it was about 1000 in his hands.
Immediately he started with the "WE GOT OTHER CARS MAN!!"
I left.

The search begins again.
Houston ppl! I know you know where they (85-88 4runners and xtra cap p/u) are hiding.. fill me in.
