no one around here carries a 1/2 x 3/16 Tee for the EVAP Hose and my 1/4 TEE doesn't even fit over the Plenum. The tubes go on it nicely, but I can't get it plugged into the plenum.

I guess I don't understand where it doesn't fit. I thought you meant the T's were too small and were loose in the evap line. Can you explain a little more?

Sure, I haven't tried the EVAP line yet. I was told by Dr. Z to get a 1/2 x 3/16 TEE for the EVAP line. So apparently I should really get a 3/8's TEE for the EVAP line. OKay, I'm on my way to Pep boys. With The plenum. I can't get my 1/4 TEE to fit on to the Plenum. Thats whats wrong with it. I can get the FPR and PSP Tube connected to it just fine but to actually put the 1/4 tee on to the actual Plenum, well it just doesnt' fit. The only way I see it fitting, is if I were to cut some PSP tube off and slide it over teh Plenum, then I could kinda attach the 1/4 tee onto the tube that hangs over the plenum. But isn't that kind of a "mickey mouse" way of connecting the 1/4 tee to the plenum?

O.K., I think I understand. I don't think what you described as "mickey mouse" necessarily is. It pretty common place when splicing in a T, you just cut the line where you want it and add the T. So by leaving a little piece on the plenum to attach the T to should be just fine. (If I amunderstanding you correctly)

haha, by mickey mouse i meant BAD. Isn't it bad to just have a tube coming off the plenum just so you can plug in a TEE, i mean shouldn't everything be a direct conection?

My answer is still no, direct fit is not necessary. Go back to the write-up and look at the 7th pic from the top, on page 1, this is how Dr. Z has done it - a short piece of tube connected to the T. It looks "factory" to me...
