I think I am going to try my luck with the new 02 and see where that gets me!

It's been fun Ryan!I just pulled my whole top-end yesterday for the 3rd time in order to get to a knock sensor. It took me about 3 hours start-to-finish, including adding larger fuel injectors, fishing a dropped washer out of an intake and cleaning out some gunk.
Pulling things just to the injectors is probably just over an hour without air tools, but it's going to be a lot more for the first-timer. I think you'd be fine doing it yourself, but only if someone was there to explain and point as you went along. It's a lot to go through in a post.
I'd be there to help ya' if I could, but Chicago's a bit of a trip for me.
