Exclamation !!!! i have a slight emergency with fuses and battery!!

Ok so i replaced my battery with a optima and accidently reversed the polairty and then changed it back but i think i blew a few fuses, i was wondering if i use the battery and replace the fuses with others of the same size but higher voltage would it hurt my car?

DO NOT use higher amperage (not Voltage) fuses. They are set to pop before the capacity of the wires are reached. If you use higher amperage fuses, you risk setting your truck on fire in the event something grounds out, OR if you messed anything up by crossing the cables.

RECAP: Overloaded wires=FIRE

Being illiterate does not quite disqualify you from working on cars, but hooking up a battery backwards certainly does! Best advice is for your own and everyone else's safety is to outsource your car repair

just replace the fuses that blew with the same size fuse. the only reason they blew is becuz you freakin hooked it up wrong. its not that hard to figure out. i mean come onnnnnnn. seriously?

do not use any higher than oem spec fuses otherwise your car will catch fire

Nothing but criticism? I believe I explained exactly what you need to do without critisizing you one bit. Like i said, replace the fuses with the correct amperage fuses. Higher amp fuses can cause a fire.

It slides out the bottom of the fuse block, and is clipped in. Depending on your year, the clip may be on the top of the fuse block, or inside of it.

You have to unbolt the bust block no matter what year it is. You have to have the clearance to slide it out the bottom.
