I can't win!!! Broke my truck!
I decided to try and do a compression check on my motor yesterday, because it's been running ruff. I start with the dollar bill at the exhaust trick and sure enough it starts to get sucked up into the tail pipe. So I start to take out the spark plugs to test. I get #1, #2(looks like crap), and #4 out. When I start to take out #3, I broke the wire (should have known something was wrong) no biggie I kept the old wires so I can still drive until I get new ones. Then the plug siezed comming out, I stop spay some PB Blaster on it, and it is stuck. So I try going back in, no go and try the other way and.......... You guessed it, SNAP!!! the plug comes out but the threads are still in the head! So now I have to take the head off. Maybe this is a good thing because I need to find out what is causing #2 to foul out. This is the second time and this plug only has 10k on it.

ouch that sucks!
You could also try an EZout...but I dont know just how 'EASY' it will be to get out.... :S May as well give one a shot before going to the huge trouble of pulling the head...
I did the same thing as you with #5 cylinder (the rearmost passenger side) when the plugs were still warm, then go worried I was going to screw up the head (not knowing any better) so I had toyota do it.... Looking back I should have just hammered in the EZout then tried again...lol

I tried an easy out and it aint easy and or out. Thanks for feeling my pain.
Here is a post that shows the #2 sparkplug condition. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f2/lets-play-guess-problem-48861/ .
What should I do/check while I have the head off?

Head is off and at the machine shop, for inspection and removal of the broken off threads. The #2 exhaust valve look just like the end of the spark plug, brown with build up. So they are going to look it over $45 and give me a cost cleaning it up. I did notice a small hairline crack between the valves on the piston side on 3 out of 4 cyls and asked them to take a look at it. Maybe this was a blessing because also found the timming cahin guide on the drivers side is going and the chain was starting to groove the cover. Plus I can clean up the EGR valve and fix the front main seal.
I didn't put antiseize on the plugs but did coat them with light oil before putting them in. This time I will.
