How to test for a leaking 3.4 injectors

I am having problems with a hot soaking after I run my 99 Truck for sometime and then park it. When I go to start it, it acts flooded and runs real rough for a few minutes. I am curious how others have tested to see if you have a leaking injector. We don't have Schrader valves to attach a fuel pressure tester to, so i was wondering what others are doing to test. Thanks for everyone time on this. And yes I could pull each one and have it tested, but I would like to have a solution first before I tear it down and purchase new expensive injectors.

There is a banjo fitting adapter for fuel pressure gauges.
