you could just go to a 4wheeling shop near you and ask them to fab up some new brackets, they probably wouldnt cost much, and would def. be more secure. just my .02.

pm'd you about the hangers/shackles.

thanks guys... My guess is that the bar will bend in towards the bumper even with the blocks because it is made for the Tacoma bumpers which is a different shape. I could go with Andy's advice and have a custom bracket made that could re-angle the sucker to be even though.

If it doesn't look good or holds steady with the block, I will check out some local fab shops... With just the bolt, it holds pretty steady already so with the support of the block being the same size as the bar, it should hold really tight.
