How much to ship a truck over from Euro?
I was thinking we are going back and forth on what sort of Toyota to get--I want it to be really stout--it is for my wife. It would be interesting to find a diesel in Europe. I live in Mexico they could care less what type of car I have--just needs a license from the states--maybe an offroad plate?

sadly, you're really going to have a hard time importing anything. most of us have drooled about getting a straight axle, diesel pickup that's less than 10 years old, but few, if any have ever been able to figure out how to get one back home. the government is too concerned about safety and emissions to import a truck without expensive modifications, and even then, good luck ever licensing it.
i think the way to go is to buy a truck as a half cut and either put it on an existing frame, or weld the frame together. you'd still have the problem of licensing it though.
